Building on a triumphant tenth anniversary in 2011, this year’s Oxford Lieder Festival promises to be another sumptuous feast of song between 12 - 27 October. These concerts are complemented by performances given by the brightest emerging talent, together with a wide-ranging schedule of workshops, masterclasses, lectures and other events.

The Festival also sees the recording of Volumes 6 and 7 (the Spanisches Liederbuch) of Hugo Wolf: The Complete Songs, Oxford Lieder’s performance and recording of the first-ever complete edition of Hugo Wolf’s songs. Volumes 1 to 3 have already been released to great acclaim (www.stonerecords.co.uk) with Volumes 4 and 5 scheduled for release in April and October.
